Toy motor car, Fire Chief's Car, tin / plastic, maker unknown, Japan, 1926-1985 Long red tin Buick, with a fireman sitting in the driver seat. The fireman is driving a metal steering wheel and is wearing a light blue uniform and a red hat with 'F.D.' printed in black ink. He has moveable arms that turn the moveable steering wheel. He has a fire kit behind him which includes a fire hose. The Buick has wheels that turn for the car to move and the letters printed in yellow and blue on the side of the car ' FIRE CHIEF'. The Buick has all the classic characteristics including front and rear lights, grill and badge, bumper bar and wings protruding out of the top of the boot. The front bonnet has 'F.D. 176' printed in large yellow letters and the top of the boot has 'FIRE DEPT' written in yellow and blue with a fire department emblem underneath. The number plate states 'IK-60'.
